The Beautiful Life of Josephine *****

Poised for take off, she looked at the hoop.  She ran full steam and leaped with all her might, reaching for the rim.  Josephine grabbed it but she could not get a good grip.  She slipped off and fell violently to the ground.  Blood dripped from her face and soaked in to the soil.  She ran over to her mother and looked into her car mirror.  Her teeth were gone, or so it seemed.  She went home to find that her two front teeth had been forced back into her gums.  Through a long process of painful treatment and therapy, her teeth were finally fixed.

Besides this tragedy, Josephine has lived a fairly normal life.  She lives on a sheep farm with her mother, father, and sister, Sarah.  Sarah is a senior at Hanover and is Josephine’s closest sibling.  Josephine has another brother and sister who are married and live in separate homes.  His brother, Brooks, has one child and another on the way.  His other sister, Alice, lives quietly in her home in Ashland.

Josephine is a die-hard Baltimore Orioles fan.  During the season, you can always find her watching the game.  Sports are a big part of her life.  She has played basketball all her life and was recently on the school volleyball team.  She loves to listen to music including her favorite band, The Strokes.  Josephine enjoys long walks one the beach and a nice dinner for two.
